Sew Motor

Sew motor is known to be one of the most important part of any sewing machine due to the fact that it is the main power hub of any Sewing machine. It is impossible for sew machine to operate without a sew motor irrespective of its type, style and features.

If you are possessing a sewing machine for home use then it might operate in any of the three ways, either by hand, AC / DC power or by roller foot. No matter what the type of sewing machine it is it necessitates a sew motor which works on any of the above source of energy. A sew motor converts all of the above type of energies into power which helps a sewing machine to work efficiently and effectively and according to its design and structure.

Sew motor gives energy to all the mechanical parts of a sewing machine, these parts normally includes: Machine Pulley, Loop taker, Arm shaft etc. which helps in easy sewing and stitching of a number of
clothes.

Before sew motor arrived in the market Treadle and Hand Crank were he kings of sewing machine market due to the fact that they were found to be the best and the most convenient way to operate a sewing machine, however they were purely mechanical and the main energy resource was Man power. As both of them worked on man power therefore it possess way much energy of the operator while operating such machines, and the operator of that machine loses concentration and gets exhausted much more quickly.

With the arrival of sew motors, both Hand Crank and Treadle were upgraded with these motors and only a slight modifications were made in their structure and design, hence both Hand Crank and Treadle turned into a dynamic power sewing machines. This change was specially made in the sewing machines that were used in the factory to sew clothes in bulk! Hence this thing increased the overall turnover of cloth productions to a large extinct.
